We visit your home or listing to determine what’s required. We develop a proposal for services specific to your property and e-mail you a written bid within 24 to 48 hours. All projects are unique – the price is based on the floor plan and condition of the home. Once approved, we formalize the plan with a written agreement and schedule a date for the staging.

Vacant Home:
$720 & up (accessories & furniture rentals extra)

With our extensive inventory of furnishings, artwork, rugs and accessories we bring out the best features of your property while downplaying problem areas.

Occupied Homes:
$450 & up (accessories & furniture rentals extra)

We arrange your furniture, art and accessories (supplementing with rentals if necessary) to appeal to buyers and create a WOW factor!

In-Home Consultations:
$225 (up to 2 hours on site)
